 As previously mentioned, on Monday, Michael drilled out the steam pipe removing the restriction as planned. Sadly, the drill perforated the steam pipe and so was removed, albeit in 6 small pieces. A new pipe was made subsequently.

Tuesday morning saw this fitted and the removed parts put back in. She arrived back at the railway around 4pm. A fire was put in her and she pulled just as well as she used to. This means she is now back in service for revenue service. Job done!
